Frequently Asked Questions

  • If you’re coping day to day but feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure what kind of support you need, a KCP Clarity Assessment™ is often a helpful place to start.

Rather than guessing or moving between different approaches, a KCP Clarity Assessment™ helps you understand what’s driving your difficulties and what is most likely to help. You’ll receive clarity, direction, and a plan that fits you.

If you’re unsure whether this is the right next step for you, click here.

  • When you feel stressed or anxious, it’s natural to want relief quickly. But without a clear understanding of what is driving the difficulty, it’s easy to choose support that doesn’t quite fit.

Stress and anxiety can look similar on the surface yet be maintained by very different patterns. A KCP Clarity Assessment™ helps you understand what is happening, what is keeping it going, and which evidence-based next steps are most likely to help.

For some people, that clarity is enough to create change. For others, it ensures that any further support is focused, efficient and worthwhile.

You can see if it is the right fit for you here.

  • A KCP Clarity Assessment™is a structured way of making sense of your difficulties.

Instead of focusing only on labels or diagnoses, it looks at how your current problems developed, what may be keeping them going, and which evidence-based options are most appropriate for you.

    The process includes:

    • online sessions with a Clinical Psychologist

    • relevant questionnaires

    • a detailed written formulation report

    • clear, personalised recommendations for next steps

    You can see more here.

  • Therapy is an ongoing process focused on treatment over multiple sessions.

A KCP Clarity Assessment™ is a one-off clinical process designed to give clarity and direction before committing to longer-term work. It helps ensure that any next step is purposeful and well matched to your needs.

Some people find the KCP Clarity Assessment™ alone is enough to move forward. Others use it to choose the right type of therapy with confidence.

You can find out more here.

  • This is one of the most common questions people bring.

A KCP Clarity Assessment™ helps you understand whether therapy is likely to be helpful, and if so, which type and level of support is most appropriate.

This reduces trial and error and helps you make informed decisions rather than relying on guesswork.
