“We often see people who are seeking help for the first time, or who have had unhelpful and frustrating experiences with treatment simply because the wrong approach was taken from the start.

“We developed the KCP Clarity Assessment™ to fully understand you and your anxiety first, before guiding you towards the approach most likely to help.”

Finding the right support can be difficult

1 in 5 adults in England experiences a common mental health condition, yet getting the right support is not always straightforward.

Starting with the wrong approach often leads to frustration, demotivation and ineffective treatment. But with so many professionals and approaches available, it is easy to do.

A clear, evidence-based understanding of your difficulties can make a real difference, helping you take the right next step with confidence.

The KCP Clarity Assessment™

Our expert, in-depth assessment was developed for people who may:

  • be experiencing stress or anxiety

  • be unsure where to start

  • feel frustrated about not knowing who can really help

  • be unclear what support might actually look like

  • have tried something previously that didn’t work

We combine our expertise in Clinical Psychology with your understanding of yourself to build a clear picture of what is driving your difficulties and how best to address them.

Your tailored recommendations may include practical strategies, suggested therapeutic approaches, or guidance on whether additional specialist support would be helpful.

For some, this clarity is enough to move forward independently. For others, it provides a clear foundation for accessing the right therapy.

  • I didn't know where to start to be honest. I have had varying levels of anxiety for years and everything I tried, from therapy to medication, didn't do the job. In hindsight, I didn't really understand what I was trying to improve but now I feel confident to start properly.

  • I was recommended a course of CBT a few years ago and I wish I had had an assessment and expert opinion first. The CBT ended up making my anxiety worse as it was simply not right for me or my symptoms at the time.
